Returns and Exchanges

Return window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

How to start a return

1. Log in and open the order in your Customer Dashboard.
2. Choose the item you want to return and tell us the reason.
3. Pack the item securely with its original packaging.
4. Send it back using the return label we provide. We review returns within 48 hours of receipt.

Non-returnable items

• Personal care and hygiene products that have been opened.
• Items marked as final sale or clearly described as non-returnable.
• Digital goods, gift cards, and downloadable products.
• Items returned damaged, used, or without original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If you used manual bank transfer, we will reach out to confirm your bank details. The refund amount appears in your order history automatically.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size, color, or item? Start a return for the original item and place a new order — it is the fastest way to get the right product while your return is processed.
